The date for the Central TREC Group AGM has been changed to Sunday 29th November.
The meeting will start at 7:30pm, via Zoom.
Members will shortly receive a CTG newsletter with a link to a form to complete in order to request the log in details (so that we don’t get Zoom-bombed!) If you don’t get the newsletter or there is a problem with the form please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and address to request dial in details.
The meeting papers (Agenda, Minutes of last year’s AGM, financial statements) will be sent via email to all 2019-20 and 2020-21 members by no later than Thursday 26th November.
Please dial in if you are a member – CTG seeks to offer members events and opportunities that they would like to see and this is one of the best chances in the year to let the committee know what those are! The meeting should last no longer than an hour.
