- Public liability insurance cover whilst riding at any TREC GB events
- Eligibility for places on CTG training courses for TREC GB volunteers and officials
- Eligibility for CTG Summer and Winter Leagues
- Eligibility for CTG Milestones Awards
- The chance to represent CTG in inter-club competitions
- Membership of a friendly and welcoming club
Central TREC Group is an affiliated TREC GB Club. When you join TREC GB, you have the option to nominate a club (this can be any TREC GB club in the country). In previous years, TREC GB have given £10 to your nominated club for your membership and here at CTG, we decided not to charge anything more than that.
TREC GB have since changed the way membership is processed this year (from the 2019-2020 membership year onwards) and decided that they will no longer make a donation to your nominated club, meaning that you’ll need to join CTG separately.
The good news though is that we are keeping our membership fees at £10! Please do fill in a membership form (see below) so that we can issue you a membership number and send you our lovely newsletters etc.
If you would like to join CTG directly or in addition to being a member of another TREC GB club, please click here for the membership application form. Membership can be paid for via the Store.
Non riders are also welcome to join CTG as Supporter members. You can either join TREC GB as a Supporter member and nominate CTG or complete an application form, selecting the Supporter membership option. TREC GB charge a small fee for Supporter members, if you wish to be a TREC GB supporter member you may apply to the club to apply for a financial compensation for that fee. Please send an email with details to email@example.com in that case. Supporter members are eligible to apply for places on CTG training courses for TREC GB volunteers and officials and are recognised as an integral part of our friendly club.
